Newark To Istanbul, Turkey Route To Start 22 May 2021
Turkish Airlines will launch its 10th US gateway, Newark, NJ, on May 21. There will be four flights per week to and from Istanbul until the end of May, and on June 1, will increase in frequency to daily flights.

The maiden flight, TK29, is anticipated to take off from Istanbul Airport (IST) on May 21, 2021, at 6:50 p.m. and will arrive at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) at 10:40 p.m. The first Turkish Airlines flight to depart from Newark, flight TK30, will depart the next day on May 22, 2021, at 12:05 a.m. and arrive in Istanbul at 4:50 p.m.
